Emergency crews were alerted to a house fire on Tabler Avenue in Lancaster around 1:27 a.m. and discovered a one-story home engulfed in flames.
Inside, authorities found three men and a woman in their 20s suffering from gunshot wounds; tragically, two were pronounced dead at the scene.
The fire was extinguished by firefighters shortly after 2 a.m., while investigators continue to search for the cause of the blaze.
L.A. County Fire Chief Robert Grasska stated regarding the fire, 'We don't have a cause for the fire. It's being investigated.'
