According to TMZ, Kim was involved in a dispute with sister, Kyle Richards, on Wednesday over the former reality star's alleged relapse into her alcohol addiction.
TMZ also reported that the family has currently cut off all contact with Kim in hopes the shut-out will help her get sober again.
After her release, Kyle allegedly allowed Kim to stay in a home she owns until she got back on her feet.
Kim's sobriety journey became the topic of conversation for many years on 'RHOBH' since Kyle famously outed the actress to be an alcoholic in 2011.
