Man kicks, tries to choke flight attendants in CA, feds say. 'Airplane is going down'

The chaotic incident began when Charles Angel Salva, a 30-year-old on a Frontier flight, yanked down an oxygen mask and shouted threats, resulting in a diversion.

Witnesses described Salva's erratic behavior, saying he seemed claustrophobic and was having a panic attack, which escalated into aggression towards crew and passengers.
