ICE agents faced public outrage for restraining a woman at San Francisco International Airport in front of her child.
The owner proceeded to her departure gate. Officers approached her and asked why she left the dog. The woman replied that the airline would not allow her to fly with it, according to a police statement. But police said she did not complete the documents required to travel with an animal. Officers charged her with abandoning an animal, among other counts.
A vehicle transporting passengers at a Washington DC-area airport hit a dock at the building on Monday, sending 18 people to the hospital, according to officials. A mobile lounge, which transports passengers between the terminal and aircraft, struck the dock at an angle at about 4.30pm at Washington Dulles international airport as it was pulling up to the building, the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority said in a statement.
