A Los Angeles area cop has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder in connection with a high-speed car crash that killed a 12-year-old boy in 2021.Ricardo Castro, 28, was booked Tuesday night, the Los Angeles Times reported.He was also charged with vehicular manslaughter.On Nov. 3, 2021, 12-year-old Isaiah Rodriguez was riding in the passenger seat while his sister, Alexa, drove in the south Los Angeles suburb of South Gate.
