Cyrus Farsaad, 47, is charged with multiple felonies related to arson, including a fire at a gentleman's club and an electrical vault. The incidents began in early March, with a fire in the Fashion District warehouse on March 2, followed by another fire six days later. The gentleman's club was set ablaze on March 5, causing damage but no injuries. Farsaad pleaded not guilty, with bail set at $200,000. Prosecutors emphasize the serious threat posed by serial arsonists to communities and lives.
