Katrina Griffin sued Disneyland after being injured by a Disney employee dressed as Goofy, claiming severe physical injuries and emotional pain.
The lawsuit also named the employee in the Goofy costume and Goofy's handler, the employee responsible for guiding the character around the park.
The incident comes amidst other legal battles for Disney, including the firing of Gina Carano and a dispute with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis over the 'Don't Say Gay' law.
