Dr. Mark Chavez has agreed to plead guilty to conspiring to distribute ketamine, following Matthew Perry's fatal overdose, amid ongoing investigations and cooperation with prosecutors.
Chavez's plea agreement includes cooperation against two other key figures, one a doctor and another known as the 'ketamine queen of Los Angeles', implicated in Perry's overdose.
Chavez expressed deep remorse for his involvement, stating he is committed to rectifying the consequences of his actions related to the addiction crisis.
The investigation continues as authorities pursue charges against Dr. Salvador Plasencia and Jasveen Sangha, who are believed to have been more directly involved in Perry's death.
