Car slams into Culver City house, dragging 300 feet of guardrail, after police pursuit
Briefly

Officer Erik Larsen reported that the red Dodge Durango was involved in a high-speed chase before crashing into the side of a house, resulting in extensive damage but no serious injuries to occupants.
The police pursuit was initiated when the SUV failed to yield, driving on the shoulder of the 405 Freeway, which ended in Culver City when it crashed into a residential home.
One passenger recounted the harrowing experience, saying he feared for his life during the police chase, while the driver, upon noticing the CHP lights, decided to evade capture.
Authorities recovered a firearm near the crash site, and one individual was taken into custody following the high-speed pursuit that wreaked havoc on the residential area.
