Ricky was a loving father, son, brother, cousin, uncle, and friend. His untimely death was not only tragic, but extremely unexpected, stated his family.

While investigating, officers learned 44-year-old SUV driver, John Wynn, intentionally struck Kemp with his car, leading to his immediate arrest and booking for murder.
