Leeds has been confirmed as the host for UKREiiF 2026, the UK's leading Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum, marking its fifth consecutive year. The event has quickly grown since its inception in 2022, with an anticipated 16,000 delegates in 2025, injecting over £20 million into the local economy. Officials emphasize the collaboration with local authorities, aiming for lasting impact beyond the event. UKREiiF showcases UK regions to international investors, strengthening economic growth and providing insight into major development opportunities and policies.

It's fantastic that UKREiiF will return to Leeds for a fifth year in 2026. This forum has helped us boost our economy, champion investment, and put more money in people's pockets.
UKREiiF has gone from attracting 3,500 people in its first year to over 16,000 today. It has delivered an estimated £38.5 million in economic benefit for Leeds.
