The Serpentine Galleries has unveiled the first images of the 2025 Serpentine Pavilion designed by Marina Tabassum. The pavilion titled 'A Capsule in Time' celebrates the 25th anniversary of the first commission by Zaha Hadid. The design draws from the transient architecture of the Bengal Delta, featuring a semi-transparent structure that encourages community interaction. Supported by Goldman Sachs, the pavilion will be open from June to October 2025, embodying a sensory approach to space-making and exploring themes of permanence and ephemerality through light and movement.
