KOT Architects designed THE LEDGER office in Tel Aviv, merging classical European banking styles with contemporary hospitality vibes. The office spans the 12th floor, featuring luxurious details like exquisite stonework in the lobby, and emphasizes transparency with glass-partitioned conference rooms. Inspirations drawn from historical buildings create an upscale atmosphere, while rich textures and geometric floor patterns add visual movement. Employee areas include a rooftop terrace for alfresco meetings, making it a refreshing work environment that contrasts typical financial firm offices focused solely on service.
Unlike corporate settings with closed-off areas, transparency is key here. Conference rooms are surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass partitions to provide just enough privacy while maintaining a sense of openness.
The client wanted the office to evoke European classical banking institutions combined with a hospitality feel. Kfir Galatia Azulay, founder of KOT Architects, set the tone at the threshold, where visitors are greeted by exquisite stonework as they enter the lobby.
