When we first launched in the UK 10 years ago, the variety of pizza available was limited (Italian or not Italian!). Now there's a whole new movement.
Neapolitan pizza would come to be the dominant style of pizza in London, and nationwide. There are now around 70 Franco Manca restaurants and 25 Pizza Pilgrims sites.
