The police responded to reports of a large fight in South Street late afternoon on June 25. The boys were detained on suspicion of affray and having an offensive weapon, all remaining in police custody while investigations continue. Police were called just after 5pm yesterday to South Street, near The Moon and Stars pub. Officers arrived and arrested six boys.
All suspects remain in police custody. There were no injuries reported, and an investigation is underway.
