Saad Ashor, 39, has been banned from entering retail parks in Dagenham and Chadwell Heath due to a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) imposed after his repeated shoplifting offenses. The order, secured by the Metropolitan Police, prohibits him from accessing specific locations for three years. Ashor's criminal activity has significantly impacted the community, prompting local police to act decisively. The Barkingside Magistrates' Court issued the order on January 24, alongside fines and compensation, reflecting the community's demand for safety and relief from Ashor's activities.
As part of the CBO Ashor must not enter the Heathway Tesco Express, an area of the Merrielands Retail Park, or the Chadwell Heath Retail Park.
Mr Ashor's constant offending has troubled the local community for years. I am sure the local community will welcome this news as they see another prolific offender removed from the area.
