A motorcyclist was involved in a serious accident with a car in Vauxhall on April 3. The crash occurred at 8:25 am on Kennington Lane near Loughborough Street. Emergency services, including officers and the London Ambulance Service, quickly arrived to assist the rider, a man in his thirties, who was subsequently taken to the hospital. Fortunately, his injuries were assessed as non-life-threatening. Following the incident, road closures were put in place, although they have since been lifted.
