Met Police officers initiated a pursuit after spotting a motorbike with a false number plate in east London. The suspect crashed into an officer's bike before fleeing on foot. Officers pursued and apprehended the man using PAVA incapacitant spray and handcuffs after he resisted arrest. During the struggle, officers warned the suspect against reaching for his waistband. A search of the suspect revealed cannabis and a large gold sword that had been dropped during the chase. Bodycam footage of the incident was released by the Met Police.
