Man taken to hospital after south east London car chase ends in crash

We were called at 2.08am today to reports of an incident at the junction of Southwark Park Road and Alma Grove, SE16.
We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car, an incident response officer and a paramedic from our tactical response unit.
