Martin Asolo-Agogua, 23, pleaded guilty to causing the death of nine-year-old Ada Bicakci by dangerous driving under the influence of cannabis. The fatal accident occurred when Asolo-Agogua crashed a bus into Ada and her brother. In honor of Ada, her family donated her organs to save other children, raising over £14,000 for those who supported them. Asolo-Agogua faces a possible six-year prison sentence, as the circumstances heavily aggravate his culpability. The judge emphasized the gravity of the offense and the irreversible loss caused to Ada's family.
"We have been hit and shattered into pieces, one became six, living in new places. Thanks are not enough to show our gratitude."
"You have pleaded guilty to a very serious offence which has resulted in a young child losing her life."
