A massive new 46-storey skyscraper has been proposed for the City of London
Briefly

A new 176-metre-tall green office block is planned for 63 St Mary Axe, featuring gardens on every floor and a public park called Camomile Park. AXA IM Alts, the developer behind London's tallest building, aims to engage local community groups in the design process. The tower, designed by Fletcher Priest Architects, plans to include 100 new trees and highlight historical features like the Roman wall. This initiative aligns with London's projected growth of up to 600 new skyscrapers over the next decade, subject to city council approval.
Plans have been revealed to build a new 46-storey tower block near the Gherkin in the City, with a garden on every floor and a new public park.
AXA IM Alts said it has engaged with more than 350 local community groups and other stakeholders over the last 18 months to come up with the idea to create 'Camomile Park', a new public green space.
