The family of Keith McGann, a 38-year-old motorcyclist, has settled a High Court action for €425,000 after he died in a collision with a bus in Dublin. The court heard that McGann may have been traveling at approximately 75 km/h in a 50 km/h zone when the accident occurred. The incident took place as a Dublin bus was turning right into the Broadstone garage on the northside of the city.
