Highgate's annual Fair in the Square drew thousands to Pond Square on June 7, featuring hundreds of stalls, food and drink vendors, and diverse entertainment across two stages. Highlights included a children's tent with interactive activities, majorettes, and a popular dog show. Despite challenging weather, attendees enjoyed performances from local schools and bands, contributing to the event's reputation as a cherished community gathering. Co-ordinator Celia Turner remarked on the event's success and thanked volunteers for their efforts, while chair Madeleine Cosgrove noted the increased sponsorship support from local businesses, further highlighting the Fair's significance in the neighborhood.

It went very well and attracted the usual crowds enjoying what's become a really special community event in the village for the wider neighbourhood.
