Relais & Châteaux, known for its collection of luxury hotels and restaurants, has expanded its portfolio with 11 new members. This includes nine hotels and two renowned restaurants, highlighting properties in regions such as Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the Caribbean, and Central America. Noteworthy additions include The Cove Eleuthera in the Bahamas and the Michelin two-starred Jônt in Washington, D.C. Laurent Gardinier, the association's president, emphasized their commitment to sustainability and shared values of beauty and goodness among the new members.
Our association is firmly committed to a sustainable path so as to contribute, through cuisine and hospitality, to building a more humane and united world, in harmony with living things.
It's an honor for me to welcome these 11 new members to Relais & Châteaux, properties that share not only our values but our passion for goodness and beauty.
