Charlie Mellor will open Osteria Vibrato in Soho with sommelier Cameron Dewar. The restaurant will offer classic Italian cooking and generous hospitality in a timeless interior with red leather banquettes, cream tablecloths and terrazzo flooring, plus Murano chandeliers and artwork. Gaia Enria will collaborate on an antipasti, primi, secondi e dolci menu featuring cured meats, fior di latte mozzarella, fresh hand-rolled pasta, risotto, grilled fish, roast meats, seafood stew and amaretti.
