Supa Ya Ramen is closing its last London restaurant

Supa Ya Ramen's Dalston branch, known for 'traditionally inauthentic' ramen, is closing, promising a return 'bigger and better' in the future.

Founder Luke Findlay released a cookbook featuring the restaurant's dishes and traditional techniques, following the closure of the Peckham branch last year.
