Yotam Ottolenghi built a cluster of delis and restaurants across London since the first Ottolenghi opened in Notting Hill in 2002. The venues offer sunshiny brunches and Middle Eastern and Mediterranean, vegetable-forward lunches and sell pantry items such as granola and dressings for customers to recreate dishes at home. The brand launched its first overseas outpost in Geneva within the Mandarin Oriental. A second international Ottolenghi will open in early 2026 at the Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium in Amsterdam, inspired by ROVI and located in the city's glass atrium near the Van Gogh Museum. The Amsterdam opening connects to Ottolenghi's mid-90s residence in the city while completing a master's degree.
