The event runs from September 5 to October 5 and features a collaboration with Hackney's From The Ashes. The primary offering is a sharing platter that includes peach tea glazed pork belly, pulled lamb shoulder, confit duck leg, beef short rib, and chilli & cheese sausage, priced at £140 for two. Additional options include Australian wagyu brisket and a dessert of banana pudding. Sides include Texas toast, slaw, beans, and beef fat potatoes.
