Kyle Kinsella, a 26-year-old from Warrington, was charged with rape and internal strangulation after a woman in her 20s was attacked in Manor Park Gardens, dragged into a garden, and assaulted on June 27 in Edgware.
The woman, found partially clothed, was assaulted by a man who suddenly jumped out and attacked her while she was walking along the road. Kinsella was arrested two days later in Warrington and appeared in court in connection with the attack.
