The tragic incident occurred on Brixton Road where a pedestrian, Safia Ali, was fatally struck by a tow truck that failed to stop, followed by a car.
Police are urging witnesses or anyone with dash cam footage to come forward to aid in their investigation into the fatal incident involving Safia Ali.
A man was arrested on charges related to the incident, including failure to stop and causing death by dangerous driving, but has since been released on bail.
Paramedics attempted to assist Ms. Ali at the scene on October 1, but unfortunately, she succumbed to her injuries shortly thereafter.
