Leanne Nelson is described as 5ft 2ins tall, of slim build, with long dark brown hair, last seen wearing a blue padded jacket.
Officers are asking the public for assistance in locating Leanne, emphasizing that she may have taken a train to destinations such as Peckham or Essex.
If anyone has seen Leanne or knows her whereabouts, they are urged to contact Kent Police by calling 999 with the reference code provided.
