Ms Wilkins was found unresponsive in High Road, Tottenham at around 7.30am on Sunday, August 24. Despite the efforts of emergency services, she was pronounced dead at the scene."
"An investigation began following an inconclusive post-mortem examination result. Levy was arrested on September 4 and charged with murder on September 7. The charges also relate to a second victim who cannot be named at this stage due to the nature of the offences, police say.
