These adorable kittens were found tied up in plastic bags and dumped in a bin
Briefly

The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) is appealing for information after two kittens were found tied up in bags and dumped in a bin.
Inspector Mike Beaman reflected on the kittens' survival, stating, 'Thankfully both kittens survived their ordeal which is somewhat of a miracle. Both kittens could easily have suffocated inside the plastic bag...'.
Binky has been rehomed and is doing really well while Socks is being hand-reared by a veterinary nurse, as the vet center seeks a suitable foster home for her.
Following the discovery of the second kitten, the RSPCA launched an investigation into the suspicious circumstances, prompting a call for anyone with information to come forward.
