The Piccadilly Line Will Partially Close Later This Summer - Here's How It'll Affect Travel
Briefly

TfL announced 16 days of part-closures on the Piccadilly line between Wood Green and Cockfosters, impacting stations from Rayners Lane to Uxbridge. Trains on the northern branch will stop at Wood Green.
The closures aim to carry out essential preparation for the arrival of new Piccadilly line trains after a £2.9 billion upgrade, with the full service expected to resume on September 2.
Due to lower demand during the school holidays, closures may create busier services as open sections compensate for affected areas. Reduced service to Heathrow Terminal 4 is also planned, advising passengers to use the Elizabeth line.
