The City of London is getting a new rooftop 'sky garden'
Briefly

Plans have been announced for a new skyscraper at 130 Fenchurch Street, to replace the derelict Fountain House. The design includes a staggering 31-storey tower with a crown-like top and a sky garden. A double-height external garden terrace is proposed for the 17th floor, with an indoor space for exhibitions and art. A green terrace on the 20th floor will provide city views, and the building will feature a public space on the ground floor with shops, dining options, and a pedestrian route connecting to nearby streets. Demolition will begin in 2026, with completion set for 2030.
