Starting Saturday, August 31, bus service improvements in Bromley, Croydon, and Greenwich will enhance Route 289 and Route 314, benefiting local residents and commuters.
Geoff Hobbs stated, 'We aim to always offer affordable and sustainable public transport options where possible. Working with Bromley, Croydon and Greenwich councils, we constantly monitor... to ensure our bus services reflect current customer demands.'
Hobbs added, 'We've increased the frequencies of bus routes to accommodate local communities. We will continue our work to improve public transport for people in the local area and beyond.'
TfL's strategy for customer-focused transport includes adapting bus frequencies and routes when necessary, promoting the use of their communication channels, and the TfL Go app for real-time updates.
