Sunday 17 December 2023, at around 5.30pm, officers were called to Cutty Sark DLR station to reports of two youths having received stab wounds. Both youths have been taken by ambulance to hospital where they are being treated for their injuries. One youth has received what is believed to be a severe wound to the hand, and the other a life threatening, or life changing, injury to the thigh.
It is believed that an argument took place between four people on the DLR train whilst they travelled between Greenwich and Cutty Sark station, where both the two victims and two suspects got off.
