A schoolgirl was hit by a car outside North Kent College, prompting a swift response from emergency services who transported her to Medway Maritime Hospital for treatment.
Kent Police received reports of a pedestrian and vehicle collision shortly after 8am and dispatched officers to gather necessary information regarding the incident.
The incident, which occurred just before 8.10am, involved a Year 12 pupil from nearby Wilmington Grammar School for Girls, raising concerns within the community.
