E mergency departments across south west London are facing record-breaking demand amid sizzling temperatures as a junior doctors' strike threatens to cripple services even further.More visits were made to St George's, Epsom and St Helier's accident and emergency departments (A&Es) on Monday than ever before, the NHS has said, with a total of 1,250 people across the three departments.
