A 27-year-old suffered a broken eye socket when he was attacked at random in Hackney by a stranger reportedly armed with a knuckleduster.Scotland Yard on Wednesday released CCTV footage of a man they want to trace following the serious unprovoked attack, which happened around 7pm on November 11.The victim has been walking on the Regent's Row Walkpath beside Regent's Canal with a friend, when they were approached by a man they did not know.
