Police have released an image of a man wanted in connection with a serious public order offence on the London Underground, where a passenger reportedly performed a sex act on himself during the journey.
Detectives believe the man in the image may have crucial information to aid their investigation and are asking the public to come forward with any leads regarding this troubling incident.
