Emergency services responded to a casualty incident at Upton Park station which resulted in a person being taken to the hospital. The incident caused service disruptions on the District line, Hammersmith & City line, and Metropolitan line.
The British Transport Police spokesperson mentioned that the incident at Upton Park station was not considered suspicious. As of the publication time, severe delays persisted on the District and Hammersmith & City lines despite their reopening.
