A pensioner has suffered injuries after he was the victim of an early-hours attack in Dagenham. Medics treated a 70-year-old man found to have been assaulted, with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
Police said there have been no arrests and ongoing enquiries into the circumstances, with a cordon seen at the site until yesterday evening.
