Passenger says she bled from her ears after a Delta flight failed to pressurize

Passenger Jaci Purser said her eardrum ruptured after feeling a pop and experiencing stabbing pain during the flight, leading to noticeable bleeding from her ear.

Delta stated that 10 passengers required evaluation or treatment after the flight, and they sincerely apologized for the distressing experience caused by the pressurization failure.
