Pair re-arrested on suspicion of murder seven years after Newham man stabbed in heart

Today, detectives re-arrested two men aged 26 on suspicion of murder related to the fatal stabbing of 24-year-old Ahmed Deen-Jah in Newham.
Det Chf Insp Kelly Allen stated: 'It has been more than seven years since Ahmed was murdered but my team remains determined to identify those responsible in order to place them before a court.'
According to police, Ahmed was fatally stabbed in the heart following an unprovoked attack after he was chased around a shop in Freemasons Road.
Anyone with information is encouraged to come forward, as Det Chf Insp Kelly Allen urges the public to help bring justice for Ahmed's family.
