Most roads within the Carnival area will be closed from 6am on Sunday, August 24 to 6am on Tuesday, August 26. The majority of parking restrictions begin at 11.59pm on Saturday, August 23 and run through to 6am on Tuesday, August 26. Only Carnival floats, pre-authorised event vehicles and emergency vehicles will be allowed into the area during these times. The closures and parking restrictions affect parts of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the City of Westminster, including streets such as Portobello Road, Lancaster Road and Harrow Road. An interactive map on the Kensington and Chelsea website shows the full closures.
