A man has died in a brutal double stabbing incident in Dagenham in the early hours of the morning.
Officers believe they know the identity of the deceased and are conducting further investigations to inform his family.
The condition of the other man with critical stab wounds is not life-threatening, and he has been arrested in connection with the murder.
