A 23-year-old has been charged with the murder of a suspected homeless man who was found dead in a Croydon car park.Kiiran Andrew Hibbert-Gordon, of Sylvan Hill, Upper Norwood will appear at Bromley Magistrates' Court on Monday charged with the murder of Ion Radu and with possession of an offensive weapon.
