A man is in critical condition three weeks after the collision involving a Volkswagen Polo and a Yamaha scooter, which occurred on November 11.
The 19-year-old driver of the car was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
The police are appealing for information from witnesses or anyone with dash cam footage to assist in the ongoing investigation into the crash.
