More details have been revealed about the Silvertown tunnel's new 'bike bus' under the Thames
Briefly

The Silvertown Tunnel, the first sub-Thames road tunnel in 30 years, will include a free cycle-shuttle bus service for cyclists, set to launch in summer 2025.
To ensure safety, cyclists will be prohibited from riding through the Silvertown Tunnel; instead, they will rely on at least five electric shuttle buses per hour.
With a toll ranging from £3-5 each way, the Silvertown Tunnel aims to reduce pollution and congestion around the Blackwall Tunnel.
The £2 billion Silvertown Tunnel is expected to ease traffic pressure on local roads and is a critical infrastructure project for London.
